Für den US-Markteintritt in Minuten belastbare Nährwertzahlen und die tatsächlich deklarierten Panels vergleichbarer US-Produkte vorliegen haben, ohne vorher eine Laboranalyse zu beauftragen. Rundung nach FDA-Vorgaben bleibt eine eigene regulatorische Bewertung.
Was diese Prüfung macht
Sucht ein Lebensmittel, einen Rohstoff oder ein verpacktes Produkt in USDA FoodData Central und gibt die dort erfassten Nährwerte, die Portionsgröße und die vom Hersteller deklarierten Kennzeichnungswerte samt der Kennungen des Registers zurück.
