Reads Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, the EU list of 14 allergens, with its processing exemptions. The US major food allergen list is a different and shorter list and is not read here: celery, mustard, lupin, molluscs and sulphites appear in this dataset and are not on it. Run against a US label this check therefore flags entries the US list does not name, and it is not a screen against US law.
